Chase and I will also be visiting London, Paris, and a few cities in Italy (Rome, Salerno, Positano, Pompeii and Naples).

London: 

Population: 8.674 million

Climate: May is a very pleasant time to visit London when the weather is mild and the flowers are blooming. The average temperature is 55 F.

We have tickets for a 48 hour bus tour that takes us to Big Ben, London Eye, Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Westminster Abbey, Piccadilly and Buckingham Palace. We’ll be making side stops at the Beatles Crosswalk, Kings Cross Station and THE PARENT TRAP HOUSE!

Paris:

Climate: The weather improves dramatically in May, when the summer season is just around the corner. The average temperature for the city will be around 55-60 F.

We’ll be visiting the Sacre Coeur, Notre Dame, walk along the Seine River, the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, go up the Arc de Triomphe, walk the Champs Elysees, visit the catacombs, the Palace of Versailles and The Gardens as well as the new Paris Temple!

Rome: 

Population: 2,873,598

Monetary: Euros

Climate: The average temperature begins at 59 F and rises to 68 F throughout the month.

We have tickets for a bus tour that will take us to Vatican City, the Sistine Chapel, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, the Spanish steps and a tour of the Colosseum.

Positano: 

Population: 3,950

Climate: The best time to see the Amalfi Coast is from April to June. (SCORE!) Perfect temperatures, lush blooms and very few tourists.

We’ll take a train from Rome to Salerno and then a ferry from Salerno to Positano. We’ll be there for a couple of days and then make our way back to Salerno. Our train will take us to Pompeii where we’ll be able to explore for the day. We’ll spend the night in Naples and travel back to Ireland for the last four days.
