Journal Recap for May 2023:

May 1: I went into the office. I got a smoothie during lunch and went on a walk. I watched Watch With Vanderpump Cast and donated plasma. Took me longer than normal. I met Tasha at a gas station by UVU. I got a salad at Barry’s and we met Shinah at the park. We stopped at her grandma’s, went on a drive, Sonic, and then dropped them both off. May 2: I went into work. We went to lunch at Edna’s for Kenzie’s anniversary celebration. I left a little early and went to my mom’s. I then went over to Tasha’s. We went to Doc Brundy’s and played pinball. We got food at Zupa’s and then met her family at Coin Crazy. May 3: Woke up not feeling great at all. I met with Shae, had our WBR, another meeting, and then I stopped working. I stayed in bed all day and slept most of the afternoon. Kylie and I were supposed to see Ruston Kelly tonight, but can’t go now. I watched The Walking Dead, ordered food, and passed out early. May 4: Still sick. I did some cleaning, showered, and laid on the couch. I watched Pete Davidson’s new show: Bupkis. I also watched Summer House, Vanderpump Rules, and Watch What Happens Live. I moved into my bedroom, listened to podcasts, ordered food, finished The Walked Dead, put on The Walking Dead: World Beyond, and ended the night listening to Lana Del Rey. May 5: I listened to podcasts, pieced together the new music Friday playlist, showered, and chilled in my room. I watched World Beyond and Tales of The Walking Dead throughout the day. I had some Vida Tequila with a Mexican Mule and ordered food from Jurassic Street Tacos as well. Tonight was night 1 in Nashville for the Eras tour. Taylor announced Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) out on July 7th. May 6: Started the day listening to Speak Now and doing laundry. I listened to an Ashley Tisdale album as well. I went and got lunch at Iceberg. Went to Walmart later. I spent the day watching Tales of The Walking Dead and Fear The Walking Dead. May 7: I got McDonald’s for breakfast. I drove around the lake headed south toward Goshen. The Nebo Loop is still closed. I went to my mom’s and helped her do some cleaning and organizing. I headed home. I listened to a Dolly Parton vinyl and made a purple paper chain counting down to Speak Now (Taylor’s Version). I watched Fear The Walking Dead, had dinner, and watched Velma, and Click Boys. May 8: I went to work with my “For you to die” Ariana mug. Busy work day. I went to Smith’s after work. I chilled in my room and watched Fear The Walking Dead and the first episode of Heartstopper. May 9: I went to Dutch Bros and then into the office. I got a smoothie for lunch and sat in the corner upstairs. Kenzie secured Jonas Brothers tickets for us. I joined Vivint’s Racial Allyship: We Can Be Allies! training. My second Dolly Parton vinyl came. I watched Heartstopper and Marco Polo’ed with Brittany. May 10: I worked at The Coffee Shop and came home at 11. I did some cleaning, had lunch, and worked in the living room. I watched Summer House and Survivor. Kylie and I watched Vanderpump Rules, Watch What Happens Live, and finished Jury Duty. May 11: I went into the office. I purchased night 1 and 2 tickets for the iHeartRadio Music Festival. We went to Kohinoor for Kenzie’s birthday lunch. Brittany and Kenzie filmed me doing an Eras Tour TikTok. I chilled in my room after work listening to podcasts and music. May 12: I worked in the living room. I went to Walmart after work and headed to Sammie’s in Mona for a BBQ. Jaidy and Brendon came as well. We ate, chatted, and chilled around the fire. May 13: I got ready and finished my audiobook: I’ll Be Gone in the Dark: One Woman’s Obsessive Search for the Golden State Killer by Michelle McNamara. I put on Fear The Walking Dead, switched to the documentary I’ll Be Gone in the Dark, and then switched to a documentary called Path of the Panther. I fell asleep. Kaylee and Kassidi arrived. We got cozy and watched: Our Lips Are Sealed, New York Minute, finished 28 Days Haunted, and watched some of a documentary on Waco. We ordered Mexican food in between as well. May 14: I cleaned, went to Walmart, Dutch Bros, and Costco. I went to my mom’s. I got her some flowers, succulents, and sea monkeys. We made her mac salad, got the sea monkey stuff set up, and then watched Burlesque. We went to my dad’s. He, my mom, Dustin, and I had dinner. The field in the backyard had a horse and her colt. I took my mom home and headed home. May 15: I went into the office with my Dolly Parton mug. Sarah, Kenzie, and I had lunch outside. Rainy sunny weather tonight. I watched Fear The Walking Dead. May 16: I went to work. We went to Spicy Thai to celebrate Nate joining our team to work with Jen. I had leftovers that I had for dinner. I watched Summer House and Fear The Walking Dead. May 17: I worked in my living room today. It’s Enya’s birthday. I went to Smith’s during lunch. I watched Survivor and Fear The Walking Dead. Kylie got home. We watched Drag Race All Stars, the season finale of Vanderpump Rules, Watch What Happens Live with Ariana, and then got caught up on the All Stars episodes. May 18: Cold water in the shower this morning, ugh. I went to Dutch Bros and redeemed my half-birthday reward. I went into the office. I ate my lunch at my desk and did journal stuff. Jen, Janean, and I went on a walk. I went to Kristi’s house after work. She cut my hair and did a scalp treatment. I headed home, listened to podcasts, ate dinner, watched Seinfeld, and listened to new music while doing a Lite Brite. May 19: I got ready and went to work at The Coffee Shop. Jen and I booked our flights for Los Angeles. I went to Crust Club for lunch. The maintenance worker fixed our hot water issue. Alex, Cassidy, Shinah and I watched Fast X. Shinah and I then got food at Five Sushi Brothers and ate at a park. May 20: I put on The Voice and chilled in my room. I got ready and left my place around 2. I went to the Trader Joe’s in Draper and then over to Amanda and Bre’s. They are doing a staycation, so I am staying over and watching the pets. I ordered food, chilled on the couch, and watched The Voice, some of Broad City and Rick and Morty, and then put The Voice back on. Struggled getting Harper’s leash thing on, haha. May 21: I took Harper out, ordered McDonald’s for breakfast, and put on The Voice. They got home around 1. Bre and I went to the gas station. Aubray, Colby, the boys, and then Heidi came over. We went down to the grills and did hot dogs, pineapple, and some veggies. Ate, chatted, and listened to music. I went home, watched Seinfeld, and went to bed. May 22: I went into the office. I did laundry and watched The Voice when I got home. I made dinner and watched Aliens for cinema club at work. May 23: I got ready, did some cleaning, went to Walmart, and then into the office. FaceTimed my mom. She got in a wreck last night. There was a huge rainstorm today. Kenzie and I went in the back and I ran in it. I left work early and went down to my mom’s. I left, got Jimmy John’s, and watched The Voice and Seinfeld. May 24: I watched The Voice, got ready, and went to The Coffee Shop to work. I got off early. Kenzie, Shonay, and I got food. We then, with Jackie, went to USANA. We missed the opener but Shania Twain put on a great show. May 25: I listened to podcasts, put on Survivor, got ready, and went into the office. We had cinema club today and talked about Aliens 2. I went to Smith’s after work. I finished the Survivor season. Kylie and I watched the uncensored Vanderpump Rules reunion part 1, The Kardashians, and Anatomy of a Scandoval: Our Obsession with Gossip & Scandal. I pieced together the new music Friday playlist and headed to bed. May 26: I did some cleaning and headed to The Coffee Shop to work. Amanda came as well to work with her coworkers. I went to a doctor’s appointment, picked up lunch, and worked the rest of the day at home. I went with Kylie to a store so she could pick up her chair. We stopped at the gas station and then watched: The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, Portlandia, and Bama Rush. May 27: I chilled in bed, had leftovers for lunch, and did laundry throughout the day. I bought some tickets to various Pride events. I finished The Voice. Kylie and I watched Glee, I ordered some food, and then I watched part of a documentary with her on the Idaho murders. Moved into my room for bed. May 28: I slept most of the day. I got ready and went to visit my mom. I then went over to my dad’s. Amanda and Bre were there. We chilled on the deck. My dad made burgers and fries for dinner. We played a game called Dumb Ass for hours, it was fun. May 29: I cleaned and chilled in my room. We are having hot water issues again. I watched American Idol, did journal work, took a cold shower, and then went to the store. We FaceTimed with Kylie’s dad and Gaige to see if they could help. We couldn’t get it to light. We watched: The Randall Scandal: Love, Loathing, and Vanderpump, Glee, I had dinner, Summer House reunion, and ended with Rainn Wilson’s Geography of Bliss. May 30: Didn’t attempt a cold shower. I went to Dutch Bros and then into the office. I went to Smith’s after work, showered, and put on American Idol. I watched that throughout the night, had dinner, and watched TikTok’s before bed. May 31: I did some cleaning, got ready, and headed into the office. Sarah was in today as well. I bought tickets for Niall Horan. I went to the mall and Target during lunch. I went to Amanda and Bre’s after work. Amanda made me a margarita. We ordered wings, watched the Vanderpump Rules Part 2 reunion, and Amanda painted my nails.
